Glazed lemon cookies

Over the course of my baking project, I have come to learn that lemon is a wonderful ingredient for sweets 🙂  Very refreshing.  The other day, I baked glazed lemon cookies, which were pretty easy to make.  No bowl required, just a food processor.  However, I did realize that I need a bigger food processor because mine was literally filled to the brim and it seemed to have a little trouble towards the end.  The recipe requires the dough to be rolled out into a cylinder, about 10 inches long and then chilled in the freezer or refrigerator.  However, I had some issues rolling the dough into an even cylinder so my cookies ended up more oval-shaped than circular.  Oh well, tastes the same.  The glaze was pretty simple, just cream cheese, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.   The recipe is definitely a keeper!
