Fondness for pecans

For yesterday’s baking, I used another recipe from the Buttercup Bakery recipe book:  Peanut Butter Heath Bar Pecan Cookies.  This is probably one of my favorite recipes I’ve used for my baking project.  I like the flavor combination of the toffee from the Heath Bars with the pecans.

Here are some pictures of the cookies.

I’m becoming quite fond of pecans, especially toasted pecans.

Tomorrow, onto French macarons.  Wish me luck.

  1. oooo french macaroons..hmm please let me know how your experience is considering i’ve baked them 6+ times and have been different every time=) i think i’ll try those at home this week too! since yayy ihave good oven now haha. can’t wait to hear bout it!
