For yesterday’s baking, I used another recipe from the Buttercup Bakery recipe book: Peanut Butter Heath Bar Pecan Cookies. This is probably one of my favorite recipes I’ve used for my baking project. I like the flavor combination of the toffee from the Heath Bars with the pecans.

I’m becoming quite fond of pecans, especially toasted pecans.
